Steven A. Sinkin has practiced law in Texas for more than 47 years. He handles the firm's personal injury cases and its most complex child support collection and enforcement matters.
Steven represents clients across Texas in trial courts, appellate courts, and the Texas Supreme Court. His work has shaped child support law through landmark cases — establishing mandatory interest on missed payments and eliminating time limits for enforcement.
