Our Attorneys

Sinkin Law Firm Attorneys

Our attorneys have helped establish numerous precedents in child support enforcement cases, such as eliminating the time periods to collect unpaid child support, making interest mandatory on missed payments and allowing children to enforce the unpaid support once their parent dies. Our attorneys have also helped broaden the tools to collect the unpaid support. Our extensive success in the trial courts, appellate courts and Supreme Court of Texas makes us different from other Texas law firms. See our client testimonials. In addition to the success in the courtroom, our attorneys have published and lectured across Texas on child support enforcement and collection. We are recognized by other Texas lawyers as unrivaled leaders in this area of law.

Steven A. Sinkin

Steven A. Sinkin has practiced law in Texas for 47 years. He handles the firm’s personal injury cases and the most complex child support collection and enforcement cases.

Steven Sinkin represents clients in personal injury and child support collection cases. He has successfully represented clients all across Texas, in the trial courts, the courts of appeals and the Texas Supreme Court.

He has handled significant cases that helped change the law on child support collection, such as making interest mandatory on every missed child support payment and ensuring that there are no time limits to enforce unpaid support.

His personal injury work centers on car, 18-wheeler and motorcycle accidents and bad-faith insurance, such as business interruption, hurricane and natural-disaster coverage.
